WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE
-FACIAL TREATMENTS Botox(tm) and Fillers have proven to be a great success with many of my existing Dental Patients.
As a dentist, you study people’s faces all the time and I developed a special interest in Cosmetic Facial Aesthetical treatments. It is very rewarding to help someone feel good about themselves again and how they look
Treatments are provided at the Dental Practice which is a safe Clinical environment. Only Dentists, Doctors or qualified Nurses under supervision are allowed to perform these treatments. I have been performing Facial treatments since 2004 and have lately noticed that men are getting interested.
If you are interested please ask me at your next Dental visit or phone the Practice.
-CEREC, GET A NEW CROWN OR INLAY IN ONE VISIT
A Cerec crown or an inlay Is probably the worlds best tooth replacement. The state of the art equipment uses a ceramic material which is 6 times stronger than your natural tooth to replace your metal fillings.
So, no more impression or temporary fillings whilst you wait for the technicians work to arrive which can take up to two weeks. I have been performing Cerec treatments since 2007 and have had strong positive feedback from my Patients.
It's done in one visit and you will see your tooth being designed by Jessica on the screen and milled by diamond burs within one hour.
Read more on my CEREC * page and/or ask me at your next visit.
-DENPLAN is a great way to spread your dental treatment costs. It works like a pay monthly insurance and you are covered for most of the emergency treatments in case you need it. For more information please read on my DENPLAN page or ask me at your next visit.
I am Denplan Excel Accredited.

I am delighted to be part of the existing team and am confident all my patients will benefit from the welcoming and professional atmosphere within the Forestmead Practice. I am grateful for your continued support and wish to reassure you that this will be my final move and is not a temporary arrangement.
Thank you for your continued support and attendance over the years. I would be grateful if you would allow me to continue providing your Dental Care in the future.
Emergency treatments are in most cases taken care of during regular working hours. Out of hour treatments are by appointment only (a call out charge will apply). All Denplan Patients are covered for emergency treatments.
I look forward to seeing you again soon.
In my 15 years of living in Horsham I have seen the town grow quite substantially, from a small sleepy town to a mini metropolitan place, worth visiting. Horsham with it's great history and location has attracted a lot of new restaurants and shops. The East Street is full of newly open restaurants like Wagamama, Giggling Squid, Strada, Pizza Express, Ask etc... even Nando's (my son's favourite). Then the Swan Walk which is a great indoor shopping centre, especially when the weather is harsh. JOHN LEWIS at home and WAITROSE have a new site next to Currys and Staples. Quite a few of my Patients combine the Dental visit with a visit into Horsham Town Centre. If you have time and haven't been into Horsham Town Centre, I would highly recommend a visit.
I remember in primary school in the 70's, in Sweden, we were encouraged, once a week, to have flouride mouth washes. Two nurses would come into classrooms, handing us small mugs with the mouthwash and watched us for a minute before we had to spit it out. It stopped later in the 80's because the Swedish goverment probably ran out of money. That simple preventive approach made an impact on the whole society and today Sweden has one of the best teeth in the world. The older generation often didn't have the right education in how to properly brush the teeth and they usually did not develop a good brushing habit. Smoking was also very common which is bad for your oral as well as general health.
My recommendation for those who do not have a good tooth brushing habit:
Purchase a Sonic Tooth brush; use it for 2 minutes twice daily.
Use floss, tooth picks or interdental brushes, ideally before bedtime.
Rinse with antibacterial mouth wash for 1 min 1-2 daily.
See your dentist at regual intervals, at least 1/year
See your hygienist as advised
Keep smiling and don't forget to brush and floss.
NEW patients are always welcome!
GOOD TEETH = GOOD HEALTH
As a dentist for over 24 years I have seen the effects of how good oral health and preventive dental care have a positive effect on your overall health. Ask me for some simple advice at your next visit and I will be happy to share.
